Acting U.S. Attorney General Certifies Tennessee as Compliant with Chapter 154

The Acting United States Attorney General Todd Blanche has certified that Tennessee established a postconviction capital counsel mechanism satisfying the requirements of chapter 154 of title 28 of the United States Code on July 1, 1997.  The
